REFERRALS:
Making a referral for service is easy to do! Patients can be referred to Auxi Health of WV by a referral from the physician, a family/ caregiver/ friends, hospital discharge planner, or medical social worker.

Normal turnaround time of referral is 24-48 hrs.

INSURANCE & PAYMENTS:
Our Agency handles all referrals and verifies insurance coverage for patients - Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, worker's compensation, or private pay.

Necessary information for Referrals: Patient's full name, Address, Phone number, Date of birth, Medicare number, Diagnosis, Primary physician name, Office phone number, Care orders - including medications, Referral source.
