Auxi Health formed
on March 9, 1999 by the simultaneous merger of eight home health care
entities with the intent of becoming the leading provider of comprehensive
home health care services, principally in the southeastern, southwestern and
central United States. Since the initial merger, Auxi has acquired three
other companies. We provide a full complement of products and services,
including respiratory therapy (RT), home medical
equipment (HME), intermittent (both skilled and unskilled) nursing,
supplemental staffing, continuous care (both skilled and unskilled) nursing,
and management contracting. |
We seek to
differentiate ourselves from other home health care providers by being as
diversified as possible, yet responsive to the local market. We believe
that health care is a local business, determining its own needs and
rationale. By observing the dictates of local markets, we seek to assume a
strong local market position and sell integrated home health care products
and services. Our founding companies include First Home Health, Hawkeye
Health Services, Missouri Home Care, Inc., and Jackson Healthcare. |
